KDFCC is dedicated to helping people understand that the risk of cancer can be reduced by proper screening and prevention. This awareness is an ongoing effort to teach people about different types of cancer, early detection, including prevention and proper screening can save lives.
In order to reach our underserved communities, KDFCC held seminars to educate villagers to the topics of cancer screening, early detection procedures, and cancer prevention. The seminars are arranged in remote villages prior to the camps in order to educate the villagers such that they understand the camps and want to access the free services.
This year we organized seminars and breast/cervical screening camps. We provide breast and cervical cancer screening for free at our medical camps.
